What is Physical Therapy?
Physical Therapists are health care professionals who diagnose and treat individuals who have medical problems or health-related conditions that limit their ability to move and perform daily functional activities. Physical therapists also work with patients to prevent the loss of mobility before it occurs by developing fitness and wellness programs to promote healthier, more active lifestyles.
All physical therapists must receive a graduate degree from an
accredited physical therapy program before taking a national licensure
exam that permits them to practice. The physical therapists at Primary
Therapy Source are experienced, well-qualified professionals with
training in numerous treatments and specialties. We are committed to
helping you achieve your physical rehabilitation goals.
Our staff regularly attend continuing education courses to provide current
evidence-based treatments for patients.
Our patients range from newborns to seniors. Therapists examine each individual and develop a plan of care using various treatment techniques to promote the ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. We have the expertise and understanding to provide individualized care to optimize your physical capabilities and return to daily activities.
