....Primary Therapy Source gladly accepts all insurance. Our clinic is a preferred provider for Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross and Regence Blue Shield. Many patients come to our clinic because of their doctor’s recommendation. However, you do not need a physician’s referral in order to make an appointment for therapy, unless you are a client with Medicare or Medicaid. Authorization for services is determined by each insurance carrier or Workman’s Compensation. Prior to your initial visit, contact your insurance company to learn about your eligibility and benefits for therapy services, along with any pre-authorization requirements.
